About

Hello, I'm Sarah

For many years, I have encountered wellness issues, with every day life and therefore looked for resources to enable me to progress. I've had the privilege of serving as the wellness ambassador for my colleagues at work and I've implemented strategies that blend into daily life after overcoming my own problems. This has enabled me to apply the same techniques to others.

Enhancing overall wellbeing, boosting capabilities, and fostering a sense of fulfilment in my life, enables me to build increased success and achievements. Now, I'm eager to share these insights with others. To this end, I offer a specially designed course, and as a bonus, each course comes with a complimentary coaching session.

With the right guidance, dedication, and continuous education, you can gain mastery over your personal wellness. This empowerment will pave the way for increased happiness, personal development, and a sense of accomplishment in your everyday life.

This activates the ‘amygdala’, the part of the brain that scans for danger and it sends signals to the body to prepare for action. The problem is, that the brain doesn’t distinguish between real danger and perceived danger; a difficult conversation, a busy week, or even a racing...

About me and what I can do for you.
If we haven’t met before, I’m Sarah. Over the past few years, I’ve dedicated myself to learning about wellbeing and exploring tools and techniques that have helped me create a more fulfilling life. What I’ve discovered isn’t a quick fix—it’s a starting point. It’s about understanding ourselves, analysing challenges, and finding ways to move through them. The more we learn, the more we can support both ourselves and those around us. I would highly recommend listening to podcasts, audio books...
