About me and what I can do for you.

If we haven’t met before, I’m Sarah. Over the past few years, I’ve dedicated myself to learning about wellbeing and exploring tools and techniques that have helped me create a more fulfilling life.


What I’ve discovered isn’t a quick fix—it’s a starting point. It’s about understanding ourselves, analysing challenges, and finding ways to move through them. The more we learn, the more we can support both ourselves and those around us. I would highly recommend listening to podcasts, audio books or picking up a book from a charity shop, to educate yourself on the types of things that we have to endure and overcome, such as anxiety, depression, stress and trauma.


From my own journey through depression and anxiety, I’ve gathered the insights and practices that helped me build resilience and healthier coping mechanisms. Over time, these have allowed me to live with more strength, stability, and ease when life’s difficulties arise.


That’s what inspired me to create my course, HEAL—which stands for Health, Energy, Action, and Life. It’s designed to help others take meaningful steps towards their own wellbeing and to show that we all have the ability to act for our own health and happiness.


I offer a course, as well as monthly free Live FB events, on a different topic each month Together with coaching, which you are welcome to do as much or as little as you want and in your own time
