Education

In my previous post, I mentioned how education played a key role in my journey, and one of the first things I explored was meditation. But beyond that, I also started learning about why I experienced depression and anxiety—what caused it, how it developed, and what I could do about it.

Diving deeper into topics like neuroscience, how the brain functions, and how different systems in the mind connect helped me understand my struggles on a whole new level. This knowledge not only gave me clarity but also introduced me to practical coping mechanisms and long-term strategies for progress.

If you're looking for ways to grow and heal, I highly recommend expanding your learning beyond your usual interests. Here are two simple ways to start:

1️⃣ Follow New Perspectives Online – Search for posts on Instagram from experts, doctors, or scientists who share fresh insights. Engaging with different viewpoints can help you discover new ways to navigate challenges.

2️⃣ Explore Books & Audio Resources – I started using Audible to listen to books on anxiety, self-improvement, trauma, and healing. Understanding the "why" behind your struggles can be a game-changer in finding solutions.

The more you learn, the more equipped you become to create real, lasting change.
