How is everyone feeling today ?
I have always found spending time on myself, especially education, can really help with progression in other areas. Sometimes you must try things that are outside of your comfort zone.So when I tried meditation for the first time, I was sceptical and I could not really see any difference in myself, even after a couple of months. I continued to carry out meditation every other night before bed, as I thought well, it’s only 10 minutes, I might as well.
One year on and I can really feel the difference in my sleep and general wellness. I can feel that my nervous system is calmer and automatically knows how to react in a difficult or stressful situation, and I automatically breath and remain calm.
So, keep trying new things and do not give up on your first try....
